We were delighted to see our customer BICS (Brighton and Hove Integrated Care Services) win their second large MSK tender with the East Sussex-win just announce a few weeks ago. This follows on from the recent success in Central Sussex where BICS (as a member of the Sussex MSK Partnership) won a £210 million over 5 year contract.
BICS is named as preferred bidder for East Sussex by clinical comm
issioning groups (CCGs) in Eastbourne, Hailsham and Seaford, and High Weald Lewes Havens. As a preferred bidder, BICS has been successful in the bidding process and now need to start work, together with the CCGs, in finalising the details of how the service will look and signing a contract to run those services for the next five years. This contract is scheduled to commence from the end of October, from which time we will see a gradual transition to the new service.
