Remploy is the UK’s leading provider of employment services and employment to people experiencing complex barriers to work. In the autumn of 2011, Remploy was successfully named preferred provider by the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) to deliver Mental Health Support for the Access to Work program. Based on a number of earlier successful implementations for Remploy, we were commissioned to develop a customised solution to the strict requirements of the DWP as regards to consistency of process and SLA (service level agreement) reporting.
