Bupa is a leading provider of home healthcare services in the UK. It is on the forefront in the design and management of patient pathways to improve outcomes and works on behalf of the NHS, private patients and pharmaceutical companies.
We initially delivered a replacement solution for an old patient management and drug adherence system. This complex project, which included migration of patient data, was completed in less than three months. Based on this success, we subsequently developed a flexible platform for Bupa Home Healthcare. The new platform allows access for multiple stakeholders (e.g. community nurses) and can be rapidly configured to launch new programs and measure patient outcomes.
