Our Recruitment Process
Candidates should email us their CVs and a covering letter. We promise to respond to all those we receive direct from candidates. If we feel that we have a vacancy that might be suitable for you, we will invite you to be interviewed by one of our HR team. Those who are asked to proceed with the process will be asked to complete an assignment and present it to the relevant Team Director and, very often, members of the team. All our candidates who proceed past this point are asked to undertake psychometric testing by an independent company and may be asked for a further interview with our Executive Chairman.
We will not respond to any recruitment consultancies not directly appointed by ourselves.
What are we looking for?
We look for bright and ambitions individuals who are good team players. Given our focus on personal development and growth, the single biggest characteristic we look for in our people is a keenness to learn.
You will have a record of outstanding academic achievement and have, or be working towards a 2.1 degree or better from a leading university. You must be eager to step-up and take on responsibility. We believe that working in small teams with plenty of direct engagement will help you understand our customers better and will enhance your personal development.
