We work as one collaborative team – PSK is very non-hierarchical – we have a hybrid operating model with an open plan office. Our team consists of a blend of graduates and experienced hires, we have a strong focus on developing our people and promoting from within. On average our people spent 2 days a month on personal development, training and R&D initiatives.

We have an active social committee that run all sorts of events – murder mystery nights, bake off competitions, mince pie tasting! and quiz nights. We have a quarterly company face to face event. When new people join we always have a team welcome for them. We have a monthly team breakfast focused on learning (we have a mix of internal and external speakers come in for these) and a monthly team update meeting where we talk about our progress against our business goals and teams give presentations on updates on things they’ve been working on.
We also understand that the work-life balance equation is different for all our employees so we are very supportive of flexible working.
