Our business is all about solving problems so our people have brilliant critical thinking skills, they like to look at issues from a different angle and come up solutions that will really work for our customers. We work as one collaborative team – psK is very non-hierarchical – everyone works in one open plan office, including the MD and CEO, everyone’s opinion matters and anyone can make a suggestion about anything – we love to improve and use our collective wisdom to make things better.
Our people are ambitious and want be given lots of responsibility – and we do that from day 1!
A significant proportion of our team join us a graduates and we have a strong focus on developing our people and promoting from within. On average our people spent 2 days a month doing personal development and training.

We are a very social team:
We have an active social committee who run all sort of events – murder mystery nights, bake off competitions, mince pie tasting(!), quiz nights. Plus we have a summer and a winter party. When new people join we always have a team welcome for them. We have a monthly team breakfast focused on learning ( we have a mix of internal and external speakers come in for these) and a monthly team update meeting where we talk about our progress against our business goals.
We also understand that our people have a life outside of work so we are very supportive of flexible working.
As we enter the next phase of our growth plans, we are making a number of external experienced hires in 2020 to enable us to scale and grow into new markets.
